Celebrating the Women Who Lift Others Up
Some women don't just build careers. They build confidence, create opportunities, mentor the next generation, and open doors for other women in the construction industry.
The ContractHER Champion Award honors a woman who is making a lasting impact by helping other women succeed.
Whether she's mentoring a young project manager, encouraging women to enter the trades, advocating for female leaders, or simply leading by example, this award recognizes those who make our industry stronger by investing in others.
The recipient will be announced during the 2026 Built to Lead: Women in Construction Summit on September 10, 2026, at the Emerald Grande in Destin.
If you know someone who embodies the spirit of collaboration, leadership, and service, we'd love to hear her story.
Nominate a ContractHER Champion today.
