Contractors Connect Invites Building Industry to August Networking Event
SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. – Contractors, subcontractors and other specialists in the building industry are invited to attend Contractors Connect on Thursday, Aug. 8 from 5 to 7 p.m. at AJ’s Grayton Beach. The quarterly networking event is presented by Builders FirstSource of the Emerald Coast. The cost to attend is $20 and includes one free draft beer, light appetizers, and the opportunity to win multiple door prizes.
“We were incredibly impressed with the turnout at the Contractors Connect event back in May,” John Pugh, Builders FirstSource Emerald Coast sales manager, said. “It was inspiring to see so many industry leaders gathered in one place, exchanging ideas and forging new connections. Networking events like these are invaluable for the construction industry. They provide a platform for sharing insights, exploring collaborations, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies. Contractors Connect was started by The Hive Creative Consulting in 2017 and put on pause during the pandemic. Beespoke Consulting brought the event back in May with much success. Pulling in more than 100 contractors, designers, realtors, bankers and insurance agents, the August meetup is expected to bring in a large crowd at the August meetup as well. Two additional events are planned for South Walton on Nov. 14 and Feb. 6, 2025, and a Bay County event is set for October.
“We were blown away by the support from the building industry for our May event” Sarah White, principal at Beespoke Consulting, said. “It’s clear this type of event is needed in our area, and we are excited to continue to expand it with an event in Bay County this October.”
